♥ When can I expect my items to be delivered?  
At Silly Shiny diamonds (unless it is stated otherwise), each piece is handmade and custom-made for each order; therefore, please allow 3-5 weeks to create your beautiful item.

♥ Do you offer financing? 
Silly Shiny diamonds offer up to 6 installments. We begin creating your beautiful piece after the first payment is received, and ship it to you after the last payment is made. If you are willing to pay this way, please message us now.

♥ Where do you ship to & what are the shipping costs? 
Silly Shiny Diamonds jewelry ships worldwide, and shipping is completely free!

You receive the best shipping service available! All orders shipping come with tracking.
All orders are shipped via FedEx/DHL Express shipping.

♥ Do you charge Customs fees & duties charges?
Shipping is free; however, import duties & fees that may apply in your country are not included in the total sums. Because each country has different rules, we can’t predict duties & fees; therefore, we don’t calculate them into our jewelry total sums.
You can check your country duties & fees with your local post office / fedex.

♥ Buyer Responsibility Duities and fees
All shipments to all locations are the responsibility of the buyers, who are responsible for any applicable fees and duties. They must also release the package from customs independently within 5 days of arrival in the country.

In case the package returns to the sender due to a decline to release from customs, the buyers are responsible for any charges, fees & duties that apply on return.

♥ I have placed my order. When can I expect to receive it?
All our jewelry is handmade per order, it usually takes about 3-5 weeks from the time you've placed your order until you have it in your hand.
* Custom orders can take 4-6 weeks. 

♥ Can you do custom or personalized orders? 
We love doing custom design projects - Share with us your dream ring / design idea - we can make it happen! Contact us now for more information.
Most ring center stones can be personalized!
Diamonds, morganite, sapphire, tanzanite, opal, rubies and more….

Please note customized orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

♥ What is your extra special something ? 
In addition to our exquisite design, impeccable craftsmanship & amazing prices, we offer a complimentary IGL jewelry certificate with evaluation, which our clients can request with every purchase over $500. Please note it is not done automatically, it is per the client's request when ordering. 

Issuing a certificate takes an additional 2 business days once we've finished crafting your beautiful piece, so please ensure you order with sufficient time in advance.

♥ Sizing details
We recommend that you confirm the appropriate size for your rings prior to placing your order online.
If you are not sure about your ring size, or if you are buying a ring as a surprise and don't have the ring size, contact us now and we will help you out!
If you have any concerns regarding future ring sizing, please contact us.

Ring sizes tools can show up to 1 size up or down different size, depending on the size tools used.

♥ Gift wrapping and packaging
All our orders are shipped in our Silly Shiny Diamonds signature box!

♥ Warranty
We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our gold and diamond jewelry. If anything comes up, we're always here to help you.

We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.

There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more, You can insure your jewelry through your homeowner's Insurance.

Our warranty applies only to the original buyer and does not include shipping services.

♥ What is your return or exchange policy? 
Please note that Silly Shiny Diamonds we are a small jewelry studio, all pieces are made to order, so please be sure of the piece you’re looking at before you purchase! If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us! We’ll get back to you right away and ease your mind. We also recommend that you confirm the appropriate size and gold color for your rings prior to placing your order online. 

We accept returns, please contact up to 7 days from delivery to let us know.
We will give you the return address and will refund the amount minus shipping (75$) once we receive the piece back.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Pieces that were bought on sale are final sale. Can not be return or cancelled. 
We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
