♥ All items are made to order and ships in approximately 3-5 week.
For special requests please contact us. We do our best to accommodate.
♥ All items shipped with signature required, tracking, and insurance through FedEx / DHL.
♥ Buyer are responsible for

1) Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2) Items with personal engraving cannot be returned.

♥ If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the item.
We will give you the return address and will refund the amount minus shipping once we receive the piece back.
♥ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
♥ We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
♥ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
♥ Please note refusing to release package from customs have additional expenses we can not take into consideration.

♥ Orders over $750 are eligible for complimentary IGL jewelry certificate: upon client request, when placing your order. This service adds an extra 2 business days to lead time.
♥ Center Natural Diamonds: 0.30 carat or larger automatically include GIA certification, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
♥ Center Lab Diamonds: 1 carat or above comes with IGI certificate. unless otherwise specified in the product description.

To protect the sentimental and financial worth of your jewelry, it’s important to ensure it stays protected for a lifetime. We strongly advise insuring your valuable piece through your homeowners, renters, or a separate insurance provider. We can gladly provide receipts or appraisals for any mountings and stones purchased from us to help with your insurance coverage.

♥ We offer a 6 month Manufacturing Warranty on all of our gold and diamond jewelry. If anything comes up - were always here to help you. Any defect in material or craftsmanship. Please note that this does not cover neglect, abuse, loss, theft, or normal wear and tear.
♥ Mele Stones: We will send you a replacement of the loss of the first melee stone.
♥ Center stones: are not covered under our warranty, so we highly recommend insuring your piece for added protection!
♥ We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.
♥ There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.
♥ Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.

✦ After six months, we offer repairs for your piece at a reduced rate. We retain the discretion to determine what qualifies as normal wear and tear.
