Please note that Silly Shiny Diamonds is a small jewelry studio; all pieces are made to order, so please ensure you are satisfied with the jewel you're looking at before purchasing. If you are hesitant and have any questions, please get in touch with us. I'll get back to you right away and ease your mind. I also recommend confirming the appropriate size and gold color of your rings before placing your order online.
Shipping.
I offer free shipping worldwide!
Each piece is individually handmade here in TLV, and as a result, it may take three to five weeks to ship.
If you need a piece by a specific date, please contact me shanie@sillyshiny.com before placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Pieces are shipped via FedEx or DHL with insurance.
Once your item is shipped, tracking information will be sent, as a signature is required upon delivery.
For items shipped to the USA valued at over $2,500 USD, clients must fill out a one-time 'Importer identity form' within five days of being contacted by FedEx.
All items may be subject to import fees, depending on your local laws and customs. Buyers are responsible for all import fees that may occur.
Silly Shiny Diamonds is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns / Exchanges
I accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to let us know you would like to return or exchange your item. I will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. I will give you the return address.
If eligible, refunds are issued minus a $300 return customs fee, which covers the cost of returning your package.
A refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees. A refund is not guaranteed if I am not contacted prior to the item being shipped.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. Must not show wear and tear, marks, scratches, or any damage.
Custom pieces, engraved pieces, sale items, and items broken or damaged after receipt are excluded and can not be returned, refunded, or canceled.
We will not cover any potential customs & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
