Shipping policy

We offer free shipping worldwide!

Each piece is individually handmade here in TLV, and because of this, it may take three to five weeks to ship.

If you need a piece by a specific date, please get in touch with info@sillyshiny.com before you place your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Pieces are shipped via FedEx or DHL with insurance. 
Once your item is shipped, tracking information will be sent, as a signature is required upon delivery.

local taxes and duties are not includedin your order total. If applicable, they are collected directly by customs or the delivery courier upon delivery.

For items shipped to the USA valued over 2500 USD, clients must fill out an 'Importer identity form' five days from when contacted by FedEx.
