Jewelry Certificates

A complimentary IGL jewelry appraisal certificate, including insurance valuation, is available upon request for orders over $750. Please note that this service may add approximately 2 business days to the lead time.

Natural center diamonds of 0.30 carat and above include a GIA grading report unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges.
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• We will provide you with detailed return instructions.
• The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all packaging and documentation.
• Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made uniquely for you.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins promptly.
