• Professional advice on stones, proportions, and structure

The $150 design fee secures your place in the design process and covers the creative work required to develop your custom concept.
This fee will be credited toward your final jewelry purchase if you proceed with creating the piece.

Each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production, followed by shipping time.

Jewelry Certificates

A complimentary IGL jewelry appraisal certificate, including insurance valuation, is available upon request for orders over $750. Please note that this service may add approximately 2 business days to the lead time.

Natural center diamonds of 0.30 carat and above include a GIA grading report unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Returns and Cancellations

The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all packaging and documentation.
Custom and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made uniquely for you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as production begins promptly.
